Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: No. All orders must be shipped.

Q: Why is lead time stated in some shipping options?
A: Lead time is needed in the following scenarios:
*. Special order. Needs transfer product from vendor to warehouse.
*. USPS shipping. Most warehouses can't ship USPS. Needs transfer product to an USPS capable warehouse.
*. Low customs value. All such orders must be transferred to a warehouse for special preparation.

Q: How to cancel an order?
A: Go to your order page on Google Checkout, send us a cancelation email, We will cancel your order if the order has not been processed or shipped.

Q: Can I change an order (ChangeShippingAddress/AddItem/xc...) after order is placed?
A: By complying with Google Checkout policy, change order will be handled as cancel and re-order process. Please go to your order page and send us an email to cancel your order, then you may re-order with the correct information.

Q: How to become a reseller?
A: You don't need to. If the ship-to state is taxable and you have tax exempt permit, select 0 tax, fill in your tax exempt permit number, then checkout.
